Conflict Minerals Policy

Article 1 Purpose

DONJIN Technology Innovation CO., LTD will pledge to not use any mineral in the disputed region in relation to the restrictions on the use of conflict minerals that are held by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Article 2 conflict minerals (3TG)

4 species of minerals mined in disputed areas-tin (TIN)/tungsten (W)/tantalum (TA)/gold (AU).

Disputed areas: DR Congo, Congo, Sudan, Rwanda, Brundi, Uganda, Zambia, Angola,Tanzania, Central Africa 

Article 3 Regulatory content

After securing the mining and distribution of the minerals in the Republic of Congo and neighboring countries, the funds are secured through the civil war and in the process of

mineral harvesting, they are causing problems such as human rights violations, The U.S.

Securities and Exchange Commission regulates the delivery of such products to U.S. public and publicly traded companies.

Article 4 policy and countermeasures related to conflict minerals

① In principle, we prohibit the use of minerals produced in conflict areas by suppliers as part of the above regulatory compliance.

② We pledge to use only the minerals of CFS-FREE certified smelters related to conflict minerals.

③ If you are a supplier supplying raw materials to us, you must provide the origin (smelters) information of the minerals through the provision of CMRT.

Cobalt-related policies

Article 1 Purpose

DONJIN Technology Innovation has recently been troubled by human rights issues, including children's worker in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and vows not to use cobalt mined in the Congo area.

Article 2 Regulatory content

Cobalt mined in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and delivery of such products are regulated to report relevant content.

Article 3 Article 4 policy and countermeasures related to conflict minerals

(1) The our company prohibits the use of minerals produced in the Democratic Republic of Congo among the products supplied by the supplier as part of the above regulatory compliance.
